The preparation of "pici", the homemade pasta.

 
Here the pasta is hand-made and then laid on a work table.
  After we have obtained an even dough, we cut out thin layers of pasta…
  …which, with the palm of our hand, will become rounded and irregular strips.
 

We spread flour on them to prevent them from sticking together.

Then "the pici" is ready to be boiled and served with a great variety of sauces.

     
Fruit and vegetables come from our fields, where we control the cultivation and the harvesting by ourselves.
     
In the kitchen you can always breath an air of cheerfulness and cordiality...
